We had considered "for sale by owner" but am extremely happy we did not go that way. We saw that Jennifer Lovejoy had sold a property like ours in a small town and decided to work with her. She is a joy to work with and priced the property correctly (which more than compensated for the realtor's commission). Our first 'buyer' turned out to be fraudulent, and Jennifer worked through the issues and almost immediately we had a second contract in hand. We heartily recommend her and will be working with her to sell our other properties.
