Jennifer was very helpful and knowledgeable in getting our property sold. It took awhile but I think a few things factored into this- 1)we started with the sale price too high 2)the house is a historic home and in a neighorhood that is not as desireable than other ones in Hagerstown 3) the market was having changes during this time- interest rates going to drop but didn't until close to the sale. 4)Presidential election may also have played a role in people waiting to decie to buy or not. All-in-all, these factors had nothing to do with Jennifer or Century 21. Jennifer worked well with us, was always prompt in answering questions, worked with our previous renter to enter the property etc. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Century 21 when considering selling and/or buying properties in Hagerstown

Jennifer is amazing. I don't really know how else to put it. She has gone above and beyond. She is what you'd expect your agent to be. She's trustworthy, she makes time for you, makes sure you understand the process and explains things. She answers your calls, and always gets answers for you, etc. As long as Jennifer is an agent, I will use her for all my future buying and selling needs with no second thoughts.
