Jennifer was very knowledgeable and extremely accessible. It was a pleasure to work with Jennifer on the sale of our home!

I have worked with Jennifer on the purchase of other properties as well and she is always very professional and great to work with. She is excellent with communication and very tentative to real estate needs. I will definitely use her for any more future real estate needs! Ryan

I would recommend Jennifer to anyone looking to buy a home. Not because she's a family friend, but because she goes out of her way to make sure the house will fit the vision of the owner. She has a wonderful eye into what can become anyone's home and can take the homebuyers dream and make it reality.

Jennifer is a commited, caring, knowledgable, professional agent that made the hunting and buy process very easy for my wife and I. I would highly reccomend Jennifer for all real estate needs as you can trust she has your best interest in mind and knows everything about the properties she shows....she really does her homework and was candid about properties that had issues or reasons to 2nd thought.

She was our first person to person interaction when visiting Tennessee and she was such a delight. So kind and caring and very respectful. Such a sweet southern soul and was very welcoming.

Jennifer Saltsgaver is my ideal of the most phenominal real estate agent ever! We needed an advocate to help us move to Tennessee from New Mexico. She persevered for us and calmly helped us find and close on the house we love! Where Jennifer surpasses all others is that she understood our individual personalities (opposites stull attract, ya know) and spoke engineer to my hubby and 'love this home' to me! She is confident, calm and determined to close while being an advocate and resource in a time of confusion and overwhelming expensive decisions!
