I met Jennifer at an Open House and we have kept in touch - usually once a year at least. When ready to sell, I asked Jennifer to submit a bid/proposal for the market value. My home had not rented and was vacant, so with permission, she reviewed the property, had contractors provide written estimates, and presented a comprehensive plan to sell the house in 3 days. She also checked on work progress when I was out of town. From initial meeting to house being listed on the market was less than 2 weeks. It sold for 98% of the asking price and under the median time on the market for comparable houses. Jennifer has excellent relationships with contractors so after the inspection, she sent a plumber out who could do the work at a reasonable price within the timeframe. We closed a week early! Highly recommend Jennifer Sample for her knowledge of the market, her professionalism, and her availability to answer questions and keep everyone informed with excellent communication.
