Jennifer is the absolute BEST there is. She is always way more prompt in communication than we ever would expect her to be. She's super on top of things and is always willing to go the extra mile. Jennifer really cares about her clients and ensures that no matter what it takes, she does everything in her power to make things work out. My only regret working with Jennifer was that we wish we knew about her sooner.

We have had the pleasure of working with Jen Zubis on multiple occasions, and each time she has gone above and beyond our expectations. Jen first helped us buy and sell our home in Hinesville, GA, guiding us through every step with patience, expertise, and genuine care. Most recently, she helped us sell our house in Savannah, GA, and once again proved to be an outstanding realtor. Jen is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, always quick to respond, and consistently puts her clients’ best interests first. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and manageable, providing excellent advice along the way. Her professionalism and dedication gave us complete confidence throughout each transaction. We highly recommend Jen to anyone looking to buy or sell their home, she’s not only a fantastic realtor but also someone who truly cares about her clients’ success and happiness

The entire process of selling my house went seamlessly. Jen is so knowledgeable in regards to the housing market. She has a great team that handles everything you may possibly need. Highly recommend Jen and her entire Cozy Realty team!
