Jeremy Allen was the most knowledgeable and personable sales agent I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He helped our family on buying and selling our first home and we felt strongly he had our best interest at heart. Jeremy was very diligent in researching the housing market and getting the best pictures to sell our home in the best light. Thank you for your support and help! We couldn’t have been on better hands.

We formed a company in 2016 with the intent of rehabbing distressed homes. Knowing the market for investment properties is extremely competitive, we needed an agent that could navigate the many processes involved in different types of potential property transactions.. Whether it comes to getting a closing done in a very short time, which can be a crucial component to these deals, or sqeezing the most value out of an appraisal by applying an in-depth knowledge of the particular market. Details are important in this business, and Jeremy Allen covers them all. If you need an agent that will go to bat for you every step of the way, then call Jeremy. I promise you'll be glad you did. And so will your pocket

Jeremy Allen was a great agent to work with! He was friendly and easy to talk to. He tried his best to find the perfect house for us. He was always there to answer any questions that we had about the process of buying a house. I feel like he treated us like a family member. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home!

As first time home buyers, my husband Chad and I were very grateful to have Jeremy Allen's expertize throughout the entire process. I TRULY believe he went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible. Jeremy wrote a personal letter on our behalf to the builders, asking them to contribute a higher percentage to the closing cost, and as a result, we incurred zero expenses upon closing. With a baby on the way and all the additional expenses that come with home ownership, this was a great help to us financially. We talk about and recommend Jeremy to family, friends and coworkers! Thank you!

If you're looking for an agent who will stop at nothing to make sure you find the right home, look no further. Jeremy did a phenomenal job of explaining everything in the home buying process, as my wife and I are first time home buyers. He gave us timelines, heads up on what our lender would be looking for, and he gave us so many options when it came to houses on the market that we knew he would find the right place for us. I can't recommend Jeremy Allen enough to anyone who is looking to buy a home - he's definitely going to make sure you find the perfect home for you and your family!
