He made the entire selling process simple for me. The new online forms are easy to understand and are simple to exchange with a few clicks. He did a fantastic job staging and photographing my house which made my house look incredible online. I played hardball as a reluctant seller and settled only $5k under the asking price which was a huge win during a gloomy December. Even during the worst time if the year to sell, Jeremy did everything I asked and more.
