It was purely good luck that I ended up with Jeremy Hickey Jeremy was always available, he organized inspections quickly and always made me feel as if my time and my needs were of paramount importance I really enjoyed working with Jeremy and I know that the remainder of his team were helpful in the background too I would recommend Jeremy and Liv Real Estate to anyone who is buying or selling real estate. Jeremy is friendly, smart and definitely on the ball. I did not make his job particularly easy, we viewed a lot of condo's and I think he may have been surprised by my final choice but he was always willing to go the extra mile and made the whole process much easier and more enjoyable than I expected. Liv Realty also supplied a list of Condo Document Examiners, Home Inspectors and Lawyers that they had previously worked with and the people I chose from those lists were also excellent. As I said at the beginning it was good luck that led me to Jeremy Hickey, and I am very grateful for it.

Jeremy was amazing. Looked after all our needs and was always responsive when we had questions or concerns. He was an integral part of helping us make our dreams come true. Highly recommended.

We were first time home buyers and Jeremy Hickey was amazing throughout the entire process! He took us through everything step by step and even sent me information on what was to come and what to expect! I never felt lost at all. Very friendly and personable. Would definitely recommend Jeremy!

Jeremy is very professional in work, honest and reliable.

Jeremy was our realtor for both the purchase of our new home and sale of our old house. For convenience we chose to purchase our new place (which we absolutely love!) before we put our previous home up for sale. Unfortunately, between the purchase and our plans to sell, the pandemic happened! Suffice to say, this was very anxiety-provoking for us with uncertainty about how the pandemic would affect the housing market and even our ability to sell our home at all. Jeremy helped us every step of the way to make the best decisions for us in these very difficult times. We felt that Jeremy laid out all the options for us, gave us all the facts as the situation evolved, and supported whatever decision we made, even if that meant renting the house which would have meant no commission for him. Ultimately, Jeremy helped us pull off the perfect sale during COVID! We were pending within only 12 days of going on the market for a price we were happy with! Throughout the viewings and negotiations, Jeremy was available at the drop of a hat, spent hours discussing how best to proceed, did a great job marketing and ensuring the house showed beautifully online (including updating exterior photos when we first took them with snow and then into the spring a month later), and followed through with our wishes, including taking tough lines with the other realtor when necessary. Once pending, Jeremy walked us through every detail/technicality to make sure the sale got completed and we didn’t have to compromise on price after the home inspection. Jeremy is a realtor with the highest principles and integrity, who really got to know us, focused on our best interests, and felt like a friend you can completely trust, which is invaluable when buying/selling a house, especially during these difficult and stressful times! Thanks for everything, Jeremy!

Jeremy consistently went above and beyond for us in our home search. He was knowledgeable, extremely responsive and we always felt he had our best interests in mind. We didn’t hesitate to recruit him as our listing agent, and would not hesitate to recommend working with him to our friends and family.

Jeremys personality and background as well as client testimonials influenced our decision to call him. We have no regrets and would call him again for all our real estate needs. We would highly recommend Jeremy Hickey to anyone looking to buy or sell. Totally trustworthy. Jeremy Hickey was truly the perfect agent to help our family find the right house in the right area.

Jeremy made it seem like an old pal from high school was helping me find a place to live. He answered all of my questions, never once making me feel like a dummy. Lol

Jeremy was communicative, approachable, and personable. Jeremy told us honestly about structural issues in the house and this helped me to feel confident about the largest purchase of my life! Jeremy ushered us through the process like a champ and I would recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase "out-of-the box"
