Jeremy Swanton

Jeremy was amazing throughout the entire process of helping us buy our new home. He was welcoming, honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to give us great advice and suggestions. What we appreciated most was that we genuinely felt like he was looking out for our family. Our lease was about to expire, so we were under a lot of pressure to find a home without settling for the wrong one. Jeremy understood our situation, kept us informed, and worked hard to make sure we found the right place. Thanks to him, we were able to get into our new home before our lease ended. We couldn’t be happier or more grateful. We would absolutely recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for someone they can trust when buying a home!

Well I have known Jeremy since I was a kid, but as it relates to this situation he was the easiest and most knowledgeable agent I have worked with thus far. I do hope people see this and see how easy and effortless this was for me using Jeremy

Jeremy was referred to us by our daughter-in-law who knew him from elementary school. At first I was a little leery of hiring someone from Cotati to sell our home in Napa. Jeremy was very pleasant and attentive as this was our first time selling our home! We highly recommend his services as he is a most professional realtor!
