This was not just an ordinary home sale. As POA I was in charge of selling my moms house. She had a reverse mortgage and was in bankruptcy. Jerry explained the best strategy to take in order to get the most beneficial offer on the property. When offers came in, he explained the difference between each offer as to what they we asking for, willing to forgo etc. Some offers were the same price but different types of loans. Through the entire process, Jerry took a complicated sale and made it appear to be a very easy, smooth sale for my 81 yr old Mother. He kept me notified every step of the way. Even when things were at a standstill and we were waiting for the sellers. If we hadn't communicated in over a week, Jerry would touch base with me, just to let me know what we were still waiting for. Knowing he had other homes and clients, he made us feel like we were his only clients. In this day and age, it is hard to find such great customer service like the one Jerry provided. The world would be a much happier place if we always received the great customer service like the one Jerry provided.
