Jerry was very responsive to emails and text messages, even on the weekends. He also never left us in the dark with any of the details regarding the purchase, and if it was something an ordinary person outside of real estate may not understand fully, he explained it well to the best of his ability. He was also not very forceful towards us during any of the negotiations, for example there was never a moment I felt like he was trying to get us to accept an offer because it was "the best we were going to get" and force us to close the deal. When you meet Jerry, it was very apparent that he has been in this business for awhile. He has very thorough knowledge of the market, the area, and even other realtors within the field.
