I've never sold a house before and had no idea what to do or where to begin. Jerry Thompson took the time to explain the entire process, then kept me up-to-date at every step along the way. He was available to answer questions day or night, always within minutes, and he remained polite and friendly no matter how many times I texted him. I couldn't have asked for a more helpful, professional realtor. I would recommend Jerry to anyone interested in buying or selling a home!

I have worked with Jerry on several purchases and sales over the last 15 plus years. My last sale/purchase was very complicated and had to be timed perfectly. He stayed on top of the situation from start to finish. He was constantly updating me as to status with the people that were buying my house and the people that I was buying from. It was a very stressful situation that Jerry did his best to make as easy as possible. It was impressive to say the least. I will call Jerry when I buy or sell my next home, I don't interview other realtors!

We've been searching for a new home for so long. Jerry stuck with us through this whole process. We appreciate his hard work, patience and knowledge. He was wonderful to work with, and we couldn't have done it without him. Thanks Jerry!

Jerry came as a recommendation from a family member. I did not know Jerry prior to the beginning of searching for my first home. Jerry met with me, explained the entire home buying process, answered all my questions, and bent over backwards to meet my hectic work schedule (even Saturday and Sunday nights). I would recommend Jerry to a friend 110% !

Jerry Thompson did a fantastic job of taking the time to learn exactly what I was looking for in a property and showing me properties that fit my needs. He was patient throughout the process and communicated quickly. I would recommend him to a friend or family member for their real estate search without hesitation.

Jerry is known for great results, would recommend to anyone

My house sale was complicated due to the properties location. Jerry was extremely knowledgeable about the value of my homes and those that I looked at to purchase. Any time I had questions, he was great about answering them or sending me to a trusted source for help. I have purchased/sold 4 homes with Jerry and will always go back to him because of his knowledge of the market and great customer service skills!

I immediately noticed Jerry's reputation and customer satisfaction scores found on the internet. Jerry Thompson made the journey of selling our home effortless. We were very nervous about selling and purchasing at the same time, but Jerry provided constant reassurance and was always availible whenever we had a question or a concern. We were so relieved that our house sold so quickly and I attribute that directly to all the work that Jerry did. Great experience!

Track record speaks for itself! If you need a home sold in WNY, Jerry is your guy!
