Jerry was fantastic to work with throughout the entire process. Moving from out of state and knowing very little about the area, Jerry provided excellent knowledge of where to look and what to expect based on my criteria. His network of people within the industry that were required for each step were also extremely helpful and reliable from beginning to end. Overall it was a great experience and would highly recommend Jerry and his connections to anyone looking in the area.

Jerry is a fantastic real-estate agent. I have worked with him 3 times now, both buying and selling. He’s been nothing short of professional, as well as incredibly transparent and communicative. His attention to detail and extensive knowledge truly feels like a leg up in a tough market. Jerry has gone above and beyond for my family, ensuring that our needs were met all while providing invaulable advice along the way. I can not reccomend him highly enough, and when the time comes will certainly be using him again in future.

I've known Jerry for a long time and wouldn't have anyone else handle the sale of my house. On the mark with every step and willing to go the extra mile to get things done! Just unbelievable, thank you Jerry

I have worked with several realtors in the past and Jerrold Thompson II is by far the best realtor I have ever used. He is very knowledgeable in real estate, hard working with exceptional communication skills. I would recommend Jerry to all my family and friends.

Jerry is extremely knowledgeable on the real estate market and climate in East Aurora. He clearly exhibited his expertise and got the property sold in just 6 days. I am extremely pleased with Jerry's performance.
