JERRY IS AN EXCELLENT EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOU WOPULD LIKE TO DEAL WITH WHEN YOU MAKE THE IMPORTANT, (SOMETIMES A LITTLE TRAUMATIC) OF THE DECISION TO SELL YOUR HOME. HE WAS PROMPT IN RESPONDING TO MY INITIAL MESSAGE, PROMPT IN MAIKING AN APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE HOUSE, CREATE A PLAN TO PUT IT ON THE MARKET, AND GET IT ON AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE. I HAD NO "SURPRISE" SHOWINGS. THE HOUSE WAS MARKETED AND SOLD QUICKLY, AND THE CLOSING WAS JUST AS EFFICIENTLY HANDLED. MY SON, WHO HAS BOUGHT AND SOLD 4 HOMES, WAS REALLY SURPRISED. THANKS TO JERRY, I WILL PICK UP AND GET ON WITH MY LIFE. GREAT JOB!!

Jerry Tatlock kept focuss for acheiving conclusion

Jerry Tatlock is not good, he is not better . He is by far and away the the very best when it comes to real estate needs. His performance has proven itself through the years. Obviously his profession is also his passion.

We were working with another broker when we found this house in 2013. Jerry Tatlock was the listing agent for it and was involved in our purchase. We thought he was very professional and knowledgeable. When we decided to sell the house we chose him for his knowledge of the property and because he had sold other houses in the area. We liked him and felt that he would do an excellent job for us. We are glad we chose him. Jerry Tatlock and the staff at Century 21 Barbara Patterson were all excellent to do business with. We are very pleased with how smoothly everything went and the few small glitches that arose Jerry took care of immediately. I highly recommend this agent and company. The staff at Century 21 Barbara Patterson was always pleasant and excellent to work with. We do not think the sale would have gone as smoothly as it did without Jerry's assistance. He really made it work for us. We believe he went over and beyond what we would have expected a realtor to do. Thank you Jerry.

Jerry, Deb and the Century 21 team at Barbara Patterson are a pleasure to work with. Through the entire buying process we were always accommodated and the process went as smooth as possible from the real estate broke end of things! 30 day closing was pulled off with very minor issues!

Jerry did an outstanding job of showing and selling our house in light of many repairs that were needed. He was patient and understanding of our need to sell in a timely fashion and moved quickly when he found the ideal buyer. Very nice job.

Our family was lucky to have Jerry help us through this process. Jerry was always available to discuss issues/ideas and work through the issues of the transaction. He was very flexible and had great communication of showings and events we needed to be aware of. Selling our home was not an easy function but Jerry stayed positive and provided changes to our marketing plan that ultimately sold the home. Can't thank Jerry and Deb enough for their help!
