Jerry Tatlock did a fantastic job working to make my family's first home purchase as smooth as possible. Jerry was always easy to reach and quick to respond to any and all questions my wife and I could come up with. When Jerry's opinion was needed, he always offered it in a respectful way that really gave us the benefit of his experience while still keeping my wife and I firmly in the driver's seat. I would not hesitate to recommend Jerry Tatlock and CENTURY 21 Barbara Patterson to family and friends. Regards, Joe Grace III

Jerry worked very hard to help me weigh my options when selling my house. He was very patient and thorough.

Century 21 Barbara Patterson is an excellent agency to work with. Jerry and his staff excel in the areas of professionalism, knowledge of the area, market, and general real estate practices and are very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this agency and their staff and look forward to future dealings with them. Thank you, Jerry and team!

Deb Rice is wonderful she and Jerry are a great team. They both know the area well. Deb helped us rent our house twice and When we listed it with Jerry he sold it in less than 6 months. I was very happy with all aspects of the sale of our house.

Jerry was already doing such a great job selling the house we decided he would be the best fit for buying as well. We weren't wrong Jerry was very patient with all our needs. We were quite time constrained and he did everything he could to ensure I got a house quick, but also exactly what we wanted. I wouldn't consider another broker before Jerry. I hope he is still in real estate when retirement comes!

Jerry went above and beyond on all parts dealing with the administrative side and the actual showing and being anywhere when needed. There wasn't a time I couldn't call jerry with a question that he didn't know the answer to.

Jerry was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and helped me every step of the way. Being a first time home buyer it was very reassuring to know Jerry had to me covered.

Jerry is great! He helped us buy our first home 5 years ago. This year we decided it was time to upgrade so we turned to him again. We had multiple offers and our house was under contract within the first week of it being on the market. He then helped us find our dream home in the town we wanted. Both transactions went smoothly and Jerry was a pleasure to work with.
