Very professional, friendly. always kept us informed.

We have worked with Jerry on many transactions over the past few years and would not consider using anyone else in the area. He is knowledgable, experienced, honest and straight forward. We have really enjoyed working with him and trusting one of our most valuable posessions, our home, to him. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate professional in the South Berwick area.

Jerry was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, thorough and responsive throughout our home buying process. We ended up in our dream house! We would strongly recommend him.

Jerry was amazing throughout the entire process of listing and selling our home. As first-time sellers, he was able to answer all of our questions and keep the process as stress-free as possible. We would highly recommend Jerry to anyone buying or selling a home in the area.

Jerry Tatlock sold our home in South Berwick in 2013 after only a couple of days on the market and he handled the estate sale of my father's home recently and, despite it being the dead of winter, the house sold quickly due to his knowledge and experience. We look forward to working with him again when we sell our current home in the not so distant future and would recommend him to anyone looking to sell a home.

Jerry and Deb were amazing to work with. Jerry was knowledgeable, very patient and calm during the stress of selling a home. He really knows his area and is wonderful with navigating the negotiations, which we had many back and forths with our buyers. Deb is also a great support in helping us with questions and timeliness. They make a great team! I would recommend Jerry to anyone looking to buy in York County, ME.
