Jessica was amazing. She walked me through this process and held my hand every step of the way. When looking at houses, she took the wheel and knew all the right questions to ask to make sure I was investing in a good and safe property. She was patient and comforting when I wasn't sure what to do, and she gave me all the information so I could make the best decision for myself. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for me. She is truly a strong asset. If I ever need to work with a realtor again, she will be the first person I call.

It is quite un-usual in this day and age to have a younger person show respect and patience with two senior citizens. With the first home we looked at with Jessica, I found her to be attentive and very patient. Having your opinion valued is a refreshing experience. Since that time she has worked and supported our sale with constant feedback and support. She has been a real professional through the entire process while maintaining a sincere social grace and humor. It's been a pleasure to work with her as I am certain this would be the case with all of her clients!

Jessica Ferris was amazing from start to finish. We felt like she had our best interests front of mind and she made us feel like we were working with a close friend. She was thorough, knowledgeable and patient. We asked loads of questions and she took her time to text as well as answer phone calls. Highly highly recommend Jessica!
