Besides being referred to by a colleague, Clayton was the most responsive to our initial e-Mails, and we found that indicative of the future relationship Clayton was exceptional in helping us purchase a property for our parents while we are in Vancouver. He was constantly responsive to all and any requests regardless of the time or day of the week. He was very accommodating to our unique needs, and “held multiple hands” through the process. He was also able to provide referrals in regards to Lawyers, contractors, and inspectors, and acted as a conduit between us. Working in the financial industry as a Senior Manager, I think I understand the complexities involved in the process here, which can cause a great deal of stress. Clayton seamlessly removed those complexities and stresses. Furthermore, as we were purchasing a home for an elderly couple as their final residence, he was careful to take into consideration their needs as well as ours. Come Christmas this year, our parents are going to get a Christmas surprise that would not have been possible without Clayton.
