Our experience with Jessica Lutz was amazing. It's not everyday that you get to hang out and look at all kinds of property with such a great all around person. Anyone that would want to deal with someone that treats you like family then Jessica Lutz is by far the realtor for you. Me and my wife are truly blessed with how much help she was to us. We definitely could not have done it without her help. It may have taken us a year to find the house of our dreams, but once we found it, we knew it was the one and Jessica made sure she done everything she could to get us in it. She went above and beyond our expectations. We are blessed to have gotten to work with her. Thank you Jes for EVERYTHING you done for us.

Jessica Lutz went above & beyond for us, she was always available to answer any questions we had & made sure we understood, she knows what she is doing. She was quick to line up appointments to look at homes. We looked at several homes & eventually got to a point where we thought maybe we were being to picky, but she assured us we weren't, she told us she wanted to help us find our forever home & be happy with our choice no matter how many houses or how long it took, she was there for us. Through the process she referred us to other people we would need to contact & we were happy with their services as well. Her upbeat attitude makes things easier, she is professional but also able to make you feel comfortable & never made things awkward or stressful. She was the perfect realtor for us & we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We would recommend her to anyone with 100% confidence that they would be just as happy.

Jessica Lutz knows her job and she does it well. She's professional and personable at the same time. Nobody likes dealing with a salesman. She didn't try to sell us anything, she new what we wanted and she found it. Hope we don't have to do it again any time soon but if we do, we'll call Jessica!

Jessica is one of the best realtors we have had the pleasure to deal with. We have moved several times in my professional career and this is the best experience we have had in twenty years. I recommended her to a friend of mine and she had a contract on his home in two weeks. The word is spreading and Jessica will be a force in the realty world for years to come. Thanks Jessica for a wonderful experience!!! You are a top notch professional. Greg & Lori Barkley

Jessica Lutz did a wonderful job in helping us sell our property. She was always upbeat and personable. She was an excellent pick and we think of her as family! We would recommend her to anyone.

Jessica Lutz was absolutely amazing. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a home. She always answered our questions and was always very sweet and caring. We will definitely pass her name on to anyone looking to buy a home..

If you are looking to sell your current home or purchase a new home I would definitely recommend Jessica Lutz as your real estate agent. We had been working with her for a solid 8 months in relocating to Tennessee and purchasing the right home for our needs. Jessica was always available for when we needed to look at homes and when it came to any questions we had she was always available through phone and email. She goes above other agents that I have worked with in the past and treats you like you are her top priority at all times. We will definitely use Jessica again when selling or buying a new home. In purchasing our new home we not only have met a great agent but have become friends personally.

Jessica Lutz was AWESOME!!! Every time we would panic about the whole process of selling and buying a new house she was always there to answer any questions and to reassure us. She was very patient and very informative. She listened to what we wanted as a seller and as a buyer and made it happen. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is down to earth, funny and it was great to work with her.

Thank you for going above and beyond!
