To put our experience with Jessi into words alone would not do her justice. Jessi literally spent years working with us. From selling our home to showing us multiple homes and eventually helping us purchase our perfect starter house. She was patient, understanding, and kind. She knew the area, knew the market, and knew our needs. There were times that I'd wake up to an early morning text/email link to a home that had JUST been listed and met our criteria. Right up until closing day, Jessi never stopped working for us. We could not be more pleased with her.

Jessica Lutz went above and beyond. She is amazing and I will highly recommend her to everyone. Jessica is very caring about her clients. She always made me feel comfortable and like I was more that her client I was her friend. Her caring personality with her business knowledge make her an asset to your firm. Our buying and closing was a seamless adventure due to her experience and professionalism. Jessica Lutz made one of the most important experiences that a couple has an amazing experience!

Jessica was very patient while helping me select a home. She was never pressuring me into purchasing a home. Jessica also helped simplify the home buying process into easy to comprehend steps.

We started dealings with Jessica Lutz back in 2011. She worked very hard trying to find us exactly what we were liking for. She showed us tons of homes. Very patient and never rude at any point. Finally found one house we feel in love with. Unfortunately we were not able to purchase any thing after everything was said and done. She reassured us we would one day be able to buy a home. Still after all the time she spent with us never once seemed upset that we were not able to purchase at that time. Finally 4 years later we called her and said I think we are ready now. Without hesitation said great! We have her our budget and what we wanted. Within a few weeks she found us this home we just purchased. I was very worried about not getting through underwriting again. She reassured me each time I was at question. She helped us along every step giving us her advice when questioned. Finally signed Monday June 1 st! She had been such a help and such a great person to work with! Will refer her to anyone in need! Thank you Jessie for everything you have done for me and my family. And thank you for being so patient with me. You are the best!
