She was patient with us when we needed a little extra time getting pre-approved and continued to check up on us for months afterwards to let us know she still wanted to work with us. As we started the process she helped explain escrow, home inspection and terms we didn’t understand with home buying. Jessica was very knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She communicated clearly and concisely and always gave her honest opinion about a house we were touring. During one visit, she pointed out some cracks in the basement foundation that I had not seen that concerned her. She was always well-prepared with the sellers disclosure to let us know of any issues with a house. She was very prompt with her communication as well. She reminded us of deadlines and timeframes to ensure we didn't lose the house we wanted! Jessica was incredibly timely and professional in her communication. She was very patient with us as first time homebuyers and always made sure we felt comfortable with where we were in the process.
