Jessica Miller was A-mazing. We were relocating to the Des Moines area and she was able to book a number of house viewings in a very short time. She took the time to listen to our preferences. Jess was always available, knowledgable and very efficient in responding to all of our questions and concerns. Jess made house hunting a very simple and enjoyable experience, especially in a place we were not familiar with. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor in the area!

Jessica Miller Gilligan went above and beyond throughout our whole home-buying and building process. Her attention to detail was excellent, and she was always willing to answer any questions or concerns we had. She is professional, respectful, positive, extremely knowledgeable, and is always thorough when responding to questions. She did a great job of explaining each step of the process (big or small), while also making sure we were comfortable with each choice we made. I would definitely recommend her to ANY family member or friend looking to buy or sell. She is excellent!

Jessica Miller was an excellent choice to help sell our house. She is professional and knowledgeable, thoughtful and attentive to individual concerns. She kept us informed throughout the process and responded quickly to our questions. When we put our home up, we had several offers within the first 24 hours! Thanks to Jessica's hard work and negotiating skills we were even able to sell our home at over asking price. I would definitely recommend Jessica Miller's services!

Jessica Miller was very personable and genuinely invested in our wants and needs in our future home. She was respectful of our thoughts/questions and gave great professional insight and suggestions to help us make decisions throughout the home buying process. Jessica was so friendly, flexible and extremely positive. She was willing to answer any questions or approach any concerns we had and get us connected with additional professionals if we had any further questions. For example, we had a concern with something that came up at inspection and Jessica communicated this with everyone and reached out to a local business. Jessica went with my husband and I to the business and spoke to a professional to answer our questions. She returned to the home with us to ensure we were comfortable and had all questions and concerns taken care of moving forward. She was so helpful in the whole process and she genuinely cared about helping my husband and I find our dream home. She went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor. I would 100% recommend Jessica Miller!
