My husband and I started out our home buying process almost two years with another real estate agent from a different company. This other realtor was not providing the services we thought they should have been and we very frustrated. We happened to land upon Jess through a Facebook post she had made about a house that we were interested to hear more about. The house ended up being out of our price range but she contacted us every time the price had dropped. Her customer service is seriously top-notch - for example, we had some electrical issues with our house after closing on the day we moved in. We reached out to Jess and she immediately had an electrician come out to figure out the issue, and even came over while he was there to make sure everything went accordingly! I was on vacation during much of the buying process. Jess Miller went above and beyond our expectations in order to answer all of our questions while we were out of town. She answered questions at all hours of the day and even went to the property on my behalf to as the builder questions.
