Jess made the experience of buying our first house very pleasant. She made sure to clearly outline the steps of the process as well as what we could expect for timing and costs. When looking at houses, Jess clearly had our best interests in mind, mentioning both positives and negatives of each house and how those would fit into our personal preferences.
