Jill was amazing. This was my first time buying a house. I had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. She walked us through everything. She even took us to city hall and the water company, to help us set up our utilities. Didn't expect that kinda help, and the help was greatly appreciated. Especially since we are new to the area. I have even texted her after the sale, and she has helped me out every time. She's amazing!

Jill Crinion was there for us. She answered about a million questions. Jill is very knowledgeable and even helped with my bank. She gave me help with “move in” items like electric, cable, water, gas, and even the registrars office. Any time I hear of someone wanting to buy or sell, Jill Crinion is the “go to” lady. Thank You again, Jilli

Our sale ended up going to a close relative so we could have sold the property without a realtor. I’m VERY glad we had Jill’s help though. She had the knowledge to guide us through all the legal steps. Also when the mortgage company began to get unreasonable she went to bat for us. The requirements from rocket mortgage were met repeatedly and every week they would have more paperwork and additional requirements that postponed our closing for about 2 months. Our realtor definitely earned her commission.Jill was with us every step of the way and I’m not at all sure we could have handled all of this on our own. 5 stars for Jill and the lowest possible rating for Rocket Mortgage.

Jill Crinion has always been there for me and a great friend on top of it all. Would never consider selling thru anyone else. Trustworthy person, great to talk to and deal with. Always returns calls, answers all questions to the best of her knowledge. Works with both buyer and seller in my cases, and made this a smooth transaction.

Jill is an experienced agent who knows the market, communicates well, and works diligently to take care of her clients. I would highly recommend her for buying or selling your next property.

Jill Crinion was the absolute best when it came to meeting my needs and deadline.
