Jill Fochesato is amazing! I have used her several times in past for purchases and sales. She never ceases to amaze me with her outstanding professionalism and her positive and enthusiastic personality. She is a real go-getter! I recommend her to everyone I know in the market for selling or buying.

Jill helped me acquire two other houses in the previous 10 months. Her work ethic and expertise is unmatched. She clearly had my best interest at heart and was easy to talk to and strategize with. More than anything she always returned texts/e-mails continuing to stay in touch with the progress at hand. I was never out of the loop and wondering what the status was at any one time. completely pleased. Expectations were high and she delivered.

Jill Fochesato was an amazing realtor and made the selling process so easy. We had a buyer lined up and when we thought they were going to pull out, Jill saved the sale. She openly communicated with me the entire time and was extremely professional! I cannot recommend her enough!

Jill was excellent in her expertise in processing all of our needs and was very successful in managing our whole buying process! I recommend her highly and will definitely use her in the future with any of our real estate needs.

We decided to put our former home on the market with the hopes of finding a more suitable home for us. Jill was the first person we reached out to and she walked our former home within 24 hours of contacting her. Her professionalism and excellent customer service guaranteed to us she was the person we would work with...did I mention the excellence in customer service???? She is a ROCKSTAR!!!

Jill is the best. She was there when ever we needed her. Any time we had a question she had an answer. If not immediately the within an hour. She made selling our house as painless as possible. Which really helped us sense we where not even in the same State!

Jill Fochesato was our buyer agent when we bought this home. She knew this house inside and out. She knew where we started with it and was completely up to date on all of the improvements made. Jill jumped in and had the listing up, photos made and prospective buyers before it even went active. She was also on top of every question we had and provided answers right away. Jill makes you truly feel as if you are her ONLY client. She is very efficient and detail oriented. I will use Jill as my agent on all future purchases and/or sales of my properties. Jill is amazing! I can't say enough about her professionalism and upbeat attitude. She knows how to get the desired result and is always respectful, polite and friendly to both parties. I never hesitated to tell her my thoughts and knew she would be honest in her responses.

She was amazing in every shape and form when it came to looking at houses. She also helped us in deciding which home is perfect for us. Every step she took was seamless and she led us in the right direction. Having her by our side every step of the way made me positive we chose the right agent. She was always fast in her responses and worked long hours! She would work at 10 o'clock at night trying to close a deal on a home for us. If you want an agent who works for you, Jill Fochesato is the perfect agent. I never had a string of doubt with her and knew I was in the best of hands! We will be using Jill Fochesato in the future and recommending her to our friends/family.

Jill is the best realtor we've ever used! We were blessed, when we made a showing request on Realtor, to get her. Any questions we had, no matter what time of day, she was very quick with a great response. We never worried about anything because she showed us that she had it all under control. We're very thankful for her help and guidance!
