We are so lucky to have found Jill. She was a wonderful agent who did an excellent job for us.

Jill was absolutely amazing taking care of my family's needs and desires buying our 1st lakehouse. She was kind courteous and professional communicating very well and always following up. We were blessed to have had Jill as our agent and will definitely recommend her to all of my family and friends moving forward.

Jill Fochesato was knowledgeable of the market. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a home in the Granbury area She was very helpful and responsive. We would not have been successful without her help.

Jill was very easy to work with and took care of all our needs. She kept us informed of timely events . Just a very pleasant transaction

Jill was outstanding at understanding our unique circumstances. She was our eyes and ears at property viewings. She was not interested in simply finding us a property, she endeavored to find the right property for us. We greatly appreciated her counsel. Thanks Jill!

We recently had the privilege of working with Jill Fochesato for the second time. Jill is a professional and experienced real estate agent. She’s detail oriented, honest, great with people and an absolute joy to work with. Jill goes above and beyond, not just for us but for everyone. That’s just who she is. I can’t speak highly enough of Jill Fochesato. Anyone who works with Jill is blessed to have her on your side. Bruce Miller
