This is the second time I usedJill in 4 years.Both times were for sales of estates in my family. Theses are not eay things to go through and I live out of state further complicating matters. She helped me by getting professional cleaners and carpet cleaners into the property. She would go in and check on the property periodically and change the thermostat temperature as the weather dictated. This took a big worry off of my shoulders being out of state. She was always easy to reach and responded to me quickly. This was a long dran out sale because of the type of property it was and the condition it was in. I never felt pressured in making the decisions I had to make in this process. In the end I felt we got the best price e could under our circumstances.
