From the moment we met I knew Jill would be awesome to work with. She kept Jon and myself updated at all times. She never gave up on getting our dream home/condo. If we ever purchase again, Jill is our lady. She went above and beyond what was needed.

Working with Jill Hartke was a great experience. She expertly guided us through both selling our old home and buying our new one. Her market knowledge, attention to detail, and dedication made the entire process smooth. We highly recommend Jill for anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Jill is great to work with. I felt like she had my best interest in mind in the sale of this property. She was always willing to answer questions that I had. She communicated with me regularly about showings, offers, questions that potential buyers had regarding the property. Very professional and pleasant to work with. Thank you Jill!!!!

This is the 3rd purchase / sale transaction that Jill has managed for us. She took the time to understand our objectives and boundaries for this sale, and she confidently guided us through the entire marketing / sales process. Jill showed perserverance and professionalism at every stage of the sale, and guided us through challenges which are inevitable in real estate. I would not hesitate to reach out to Jill for future real estate needs in the Cedar Rapids/Marion area. Thank you Jill!

This is the second property Jill Hartke has helped me sell and I wish there there were a higher rating option than excellent because Jill Hartke deserves magnificent. Jill's communication was superb and even with a few bumps with the buyer, Jill Hartke was on top of the situation and it was resolved quickly and the closing proceeded. I would recommend Jill Hartke with the highest level of confidence!

Working with Jill and Halea to buy our new home was seamless. They were just as excited as we were when moving forward purchasing our new home. Overall it was a great buying experience! They helped us list our home as well and got things moving quickly as we had a quick turn around of moving into our new home. Definitely enjoyed working with these two!

My experience with Jill Hartke was outstanding! Jill's knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and fantastic communication skills resulted in smoothly navigating the sale of my unique property. I had complete confidence and trust in Jill from beginning to end, and would strongly recommend Jill Harke to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable and dedicated real estate professional.
