Jill went above and beyond in so many ways. Houses were moving very quickly in this market, but she worked hard to follow all the "coming soon" houses to be sure we were ready the minute they hit the market. She was constantly looking at items we identified as possibilities, but also expanding the scope to include a broader area, price range or negotiable amenities to find the right house. She was very communicative, utilzing text, email and phone calls depending on the availability for each of us. Any time I called her and reached VM, before I even finished leaving a message she was texting me to say "In an appointment for about 15 more minutes. Can I call you right after?" When stressful times came with pending offers or changes to financing, she remained the calm voice of sanity to help me through each step. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
