Easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable on the community. Communicated well. Picked up on my needs and wants in a property quickly and did a good job of showing me only those that would fit. Was patient with my schedule and my needs/wants in a property.

We had the pleasure of working with Jill for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our existing home. It is a challenge to be concise in describing all Jill has done for our family. Jill has the unique ability to make us feel as if we were her only client. She is a true professional who cares very much for the clients she serves and delivers on everything she commits to. We recommend Jill to anyone buying or selling a home!”

Jill was a true professional. This entire experience can be so overwhelming and she walked us through every step of the way from selling our home, believing in us, our vision for a new home and all the business details in between. Her expertise in this field is outstanding and her patience is commendable. Thank you Jill! It was our pleasure working with you. You were always there for us.

We met Jill as a recommendation from a family friend. From our very first communication, she was helpful and enthusiastic. She helped us find and buy our home in Volga, then helped us sell our trailer in Brookings. Through it all, she was always available to address my fears and answer my questions. I wouldn't even consider calling anyone else if I need to buy or sell a property.

Jill was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire home buying process. I am not from the Brookings area which made this whole process more difficult all around. I didn't always have the clearest picture of what I wanted, but she was very patient with me and helped me to eventually define what is was that I wanted. I couldn't be happier with my new home and I am thankful I had great realtor at my side to make it happen.
