As a newbie to Denver who is married to a Denver native, I had spent some time here and had a general idea of where I wanted to live with my family. Jill was wonderful in that she brought us to different neighborhoods that we hadn't heard of previously. She is an intuitive real estate agent and quickly had a feel for my family and honed in on locations in Denver that would suit us best. Jill made the home searching process fun! She drove us around so much, brought me water and snacks and never batted an eyelash while I hemmed and hawed for however long I wanted to. She was also very forward about telling me why a house would or would not work for us and she reminded me if my own judgement started getting cloudy, "Your daughter is about to be a pre-teen, you need two bathrooms." She was very open to showing us any house we thought we'd like to see. She responded quickly to my emails, texts and phone calls and never acted like it was a bother or that I was badgering her--even though I was!! Jill was an amazing agent. She really listened to our wants and needs and did everything she could to make sure she showed us what we were looking for. She was very involved and made sure to check in on us regularly. When she noticed we weren't finding what we needed, she suggested we build. She may sure to keep in contact with the builders and check in along the process to help keep us on schedule and in the loop.
