Jim is awesome. I worked with him when buying this house. It took 6 months to find this house. Jim stuck by the process the whole time. When it was time to sell, naturally, I thought of Jim to help. He got the house listed and sold quickly. His online tools were extremely helpful since I was moving across the country.

I had a family member who had used Jim in the locating and purchase of their home. My wife and I also had a few friends who had used Jim and highly recommended him.
