Jim was a wonderful Real Estate Agent. I live out of state and Jim was referred to us from our realtor here in Washington. My sister passed away and I could only spend a Limited amount of time in Arizona taking care of her property. Jim came in and helped me get the property ready by finding Junk companies, cleaners, carpet installers, roofers and just all around general contractors to help get everything up to code and ready for the sale he even lent me his tools so we could fix some of the stuff on our own.
