Jim was always available to show me houses on my time schedule. Jim was very patient with me in showing me properties for my specific need and area that I was looking. Jim handled the details of negotiating and I had an overall pleasant experience. Would highly recommend Jim.

Jim Gregorio was the best real estate broke my family has ever come across. We personally have relatives who are brokers and have dealt with in the past, but Jim felt more like family than them, he was that likable and genuine. There are truly no words to describe how excellent Jim was throughout our search. My family was searching for a home for more than 5 years and Jim became our agent around 3 long years ago. He has never lost patience with our extreme demands for a home and showed up whenever we required his assistance. He was there every step of the way and it was a reassuring feeling knowing Jim was on our side. I sincerely hope many more people have the pleasure of dealing with Jim in the future.

Jim was always friendly and on time. He kept us up to speed on what was going on and what we needed to do next. He did a great job! Thanks Jim.

I could not have been happier than to have Jim as my realtor

My experience with Jim was outstanding....very competent. He provided the knowledge and work necessary to complete the purchase and sale of two houses. Moving out of our "dream house" and finding a smaller, yet beautiful, home was a bittersweet experience. My wife and I are very pleased with the result of our venture. They were very helpful. Moving to another home is a daunting experience. Jim made it as easy as possible.

Not having a strong understanding of the housing market my wife and I appreciated learning the basics needed to reach a sound decision on the purchase of our new home. Jim was patient in our search and I would recommend his services to anyone looking for a home. No pressure, lots of info.

Jim Gregorio is a dedicated and conscientious sales agent. He put a lot of Time and energy into the sale of our home. He is trustworthy and very Professional. Our home sold within four weeks and we have Jim Gregorio To thank for his dedication to it!

Jim Gregorio was very patient. We went to many properties and Jim was always upbeat. We finally found a house. Jim was with us through the closing. We highly recommend Jim Gregorio.

I met Jim at an open house, he was pleasant, understanding and he was very willing to help me find the right house. Jim was always on top of everything and willing to go the extra mile. He took the time to do my final inspection on the home. I consider Jim a friend now.
