I would say my experience with Jim Lanatti was great. I was able to connect with Jim through my brother and I can say he comes very well recommended. He is very professional and knowledgeable in the real estate. From the first time we spoke he was able to provide me with good information of the home listings. He has great communication skills which makes it great to better understand what's going on when your in the process of buying a home. One of the things that stands out to me while working with Jim is that once an offer was accepted we were able to close in two weeks and two days. I can definitely say that my experience with Jim was a great one and I would definitely use him as my realtor in the future. Great Job Jim!
