We were very pleased with Jim as he executed all of our demands wants and needs. Jim Lanatti realtor for Century 21 Bunderson has sold multiple properties in the past for my wife and I. We have always been pleased with dealing with Jimmy on our real estate needs. Enclosing we were very satisfied with our choice to use Century 21 and Jim as our agent. I truly feel Bundeson Century 21 is the best company to deal with. They are always personal and professional.

Jim was great. We only had dealings for a short time. Property was listed and in escrow in 10 days. He was easliy accessible. He answered and questions we had in a timely manner. I would recommend Jim to others.

Jim did a great job, and the berry pie was excellent

Once we met Jim, we knew we were in good hands!

This is the second time we have worked with Jim Lanatti again the experience was excellent. This being the first time we had sold a property Jim Lanatti made sure we understood the process answering every question or concern honestly, and promptly. I plan on using Jim Lanatti services again when we retire and relocate to the Petaluma area.

Jim Lanattii went beyond what we expected of him. He was very helpful with our concerns about Covid19. We think that he did a great job!

Jim did an amazing job he kept us informed and up-to-date throughout the entire process he is friendly and knowledgeable and made the process completely painless

Jim Lanatti was a joy to work with. He was efficient, knowledgeable, stayed on top of our sale, caught a sizeable error from the tittle company that saved us money. He sold our house in 1 week, well above asking price. We would definitely use him again. He made a difficult time go smoothly.
