I would recommend Jim Lanatti to other investors because when I told him that I did not have the cash on hand to purchase the property for all cash, he found a way to make the deal work anyway. He recommended a finance company that could not only fund a high percentage of the purchase of the property but remarkably, the repairs to both houses that I purchased as well. I would not have been able to purchase what I believe is one of the best business decisions I have made in recent years if I had used another agent that did not think outside the box.

When we were ready to buy a home, we didn't think twice, I called Jim Lanatti, who helped me buy a home in 2008. His knowledge, responsiveness, support and sense of humor as we went through the process to find the "perfect home" for us was invaluable. We just closed on our 'dream home' and could not be happier. Give Jim a call, you won't be disappointed.

Jim was on top of everything He was very patient with us and we had multiple calls and texts between myself and husband and he always got back to us in a timely manner

Jim is a very down to earth straight up person. Jim was always there when we had any questions or concerns. Very attentive to our needs. I will recommend him to others.

Jimmy was an exceptional broker! He helped me with many issues regarding the sale and helped me see it through. I would highly recommend him for future real estate transactions! It was a difficult sale regarding more than one land owner and he dealt with everyone involved showing professionalism and excellent performance of his real estate knowledge!

With Jim, you know you are in good hands. From helping with finding and selecting property, to making sure that all the detailed work is handled properly. One less thing to worry about. He is easy going, professional and makes sure to address all your concerns. His experience in walking you through the process puts you at ease. Jim is my guy when it comes buying or selling any type of property.

Jim is an extremely personable, honest and hardworking person! He went above and beyond our expectations! We can't wait to find our replacement home and have Jim assist us, again!

For the second time in 10 months I have had the pleasure and good fortune of working with Jim Lanatti as both a seller and a buyer. Jim was amazing. I could not have had a better experience. He responded to my texts and emails within minutes. He was extremely patient and encouraging with my need to find just the right house. He always made me feel well taken care of, understood and supported. He has a knack, I think, for taking care of peoples needs. You get the feeling that Jim really cares about making sure that everything goes well, that your getting exactly what you want and need, that you are protected and that you're having a good experience. He advocated for me, he gave me timely and welcome advice. He was informative. He explained the process in a way I could understand. Jim knows his stuff, from having a good working relationship with the various other parties to knowledge of comparisons. He went to bat for me when I needed help. He helped me navigate the tricky loan process. I feel like I got the home of my dreams because of Jim.

Jim went beyond to help us being out of state he went up and followed up on all inpections , always talk to us and he funny and just nice to be around ,,,,,he works so hard to fit your needs,,, ,and he deals with ups and downs very well,, the best Jim Lanatti. Big Thanks
