Jim Littlepage and I connected about 6 years ago. He advised me that the market was not good enough to recoup my investment on a rental property at that time. So we kept in touch over the years and when I was ready to sell, the market was up and Jim was right there to help me with every step. I couldn't have asked for a better working relationship. Everything Jim did for us was done to perfection. You will never find a better representative for your company.

Jim handled everything from start to finish. It was a rental property and I live in another state. He kept me informed of the progress- from cleanup after the tenant left to repairs and ultimate sale. Very good experience. I would recommend him to anyone in the area Jim was referred through "RealEstate Agents I Trust". No regrets. He was awesome!

Jim did a fantastic job on this sale! He really went above and beyond helping me with some issues found during the inspection!!

Jim Littlepage helped us out tremendously we live in Pa. And we were selling the house for my husbands cousin who was very I'll . We knew nothing about selling a house let alone a house in Michigan. Jim guided us on what we could do and he was very caring and helped us out during the whole sell of the house mostly because everything was long distant he kept us informed on everything. He was great thank you Jim

It was a pleasure working with Jim and we were very happy to have a young couple with children be able to buy the house that they really want it.

Jim Littlepage made our experience so well orchestrated. He was available, kept us informed, and explained each and every step. We can't thank Jim enough and are grateful for his expertise.

Jim was an excellent realtor. He was very patient and personable, very easy to work with. He answered all our questions and was very flexible with meetup times for showings. It was just about as good as any realtor/buyer transaction could go. I would be happy to use him again or recommend him to friends and family. Overall experience was great. This was the first time I have relocated for an employer. Early in the process I learned not all services like this appreciate working for Cartus or being apart of a corporate covered relocation. I never got that feeling from Century 21 or Jim himself. I appreciate the services I received and appreciate this was something I didn't have to worry about during this transition for me.
