I watched Jimmy sell the next door neighbors house. He worked hard open houses almost every Sunday. I went over one Sunday to introduce my self and to let him know that he would be the one to sell my house when the time came. Jimmy's knowledge of the whole process from listing to sale to purchase was outstanding. His initial walk through of our property for sale helped identify those improvements that could be made to showcase the property and maximize our property value. We followed his recommendations to the letter and had a showing within hours and an offer the same day. Jimmy also helped us close on our new property and continued to shine throughout the process. He stayed with us and helped facilitate the whole process from inspections, VA appraisal to closing. Very attentive and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Jimmy.
