Jimmy is the best! A heartfelt thank you for all the hard work you put in for us over these past few months. You made the home buying/selling process a breeze, and we couldn’t have done it without your expertise and guidance. We couldn’t be more grateful or excited about this next step in our journey.

We received wonderful service from Jimmy Johnson when we sold our last home! We would not have used anyone else! He is kind, professional, and he is always on top of things! We are grateful for Jimmy's help. He was always available when we needed him, and he worked very hard getting our property sold! He is a delight to work with! We highly recommend him!

Jimmy provides everything a buyer needs. From the tactical needs of the process itself and the guidance through the negotiation process as discussions change over time. He’s more than an agent. He’s a friend in the process. And he does it all extremely well. Thanks! As always, Jimmy Sells It! His knowledge of the area, the market, and the process truly helped us get the best deal. And fast. Thanks, Jimmy!

I would use him again Mr. Johnson is a model Agent. Mr. Johnson did an outstanding job!

My occupation requires me to work closely with with Real Estate Agents so we had several options when it came time list our rental. We decided to reach out to Jimmy and thankful that we did. Not only did he deliver a contract that far exceeded our expectations, it was in under 24 hours of being on the market! Jimmy's great at what he does and recommend giving him a call if you're looking to buy or sell Thanks Jimmy!

I met Jimmy Johnson when I went visited the property for the open house. My fiancee sent me to the open house to gain some information about buying a home as first-time home buyers. Jimmy was excellent in providing great information helpful to first-time home buyers. The same evening of the open house, Jimmy took time out of his evening to come back to the house so my fiancee and I could tour see it again. We both fell in love with the house and we made an offer. Jimmy was very informative and professional. He did an excellent job at answering any and all questions we had about the home buying process. He is very knowledgeable with the neighborhood we purchased in. The entire home buying experience went much more smoothly than I expected. Being a first-time home buyer, I was anxious about the entire process and Jimmy did a fantastic job with keeping my mind at ease throughout the process and explaining every step of the process. I would and will recommend Jimmy Johnson to any and all my friends and family who have real estate needs. We will definitely use him again in the future if we decide to move.

Jimmy Johnson was with us through the entire process, from new home selection, to selecting new construction options, and making sure we weren't wasting money on items that would either not bring the home any more value, or things that are easily done on our own for much cheaper down the line. During the sale of our condo, Jimmy handled everything perfectly. From directing us how to show the condo, to setting up listing and showing dates and times. It was even more impressive due to the many new restrictions during the Covid situation. His hard work paid off as we received 7 offers all well over our asking price, and were in contract in under 24hrs of our first showing. During the whole process Jimmy kept us fully informed and reminded us of crucial dates and steps as they approached. I never had to worry about missing something with Jimmy always there by our side. My wife and I would instantly without hesitation recommend Jimmy as their realtor to anyone looking to purchase or sell their new home.

Jimmy Johnson is a CLASS ACT and I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone needing a truly great realtor! I have had the pleasure of working with Jimmy multiple times and have come to trust and appreciate his expertise! Despite the pandemic, he did everything he could to make sure all was in order for my closing. I truly appreciate everything he did to help get me to that point as I could not have done it without him! He is ALWAYS a pleasure to work with and I will seek him out again if the need should arise! Thank you Jimmy!
