He was approachable and easy going in his questions and had a good knowledge of the property and neighborhood. Very people oriented and professional in his approach to clients, other agents, and their customers. Rarely was there a time I called or texted Jimmy and didn't get a quick response. Jimmy had the house open most weekends and was great at identifying potential buyers. He was excellent at following up with each potential and always kept us well informed as to his efforts and progress. I always felt that Jimmy pursued every opportunity to it's fullest potential.
