Jimmy got my home sold in one day. He knew the value of the home versus the market and got me what I wanted. We could have possibly tried to get more money but I was more concerned with selling quickly. Jimmy did great.

My out of state buyers ran into a financing snag with their lender. Jimmy was able to work with their Agent to recommend a local lender to get the sale completed. Jimmy was there every step of the way and explained everything that was happening. I was on a tight closing schedule and Jimmy made it happen. We have known Jimmy outside of the real estate world for some time. We knew he was busy with listings but did not have the opportunity to work with him as an agent until we went to sell our first home. He did a great job of walking us through all of the things he felt would help to sell our home quickly and the negotiating process.
