Joan Byrd

Joan is spectacular! She is always willing to go above and beyond all aspects of home buying/selling. She is professional and very knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. I have had 6 home transactions with her and I would go through no other. Joan is more than an agent, she's a friend to have by your side.

Joan Byrd was instrumental in getting our offer in front of the seller with multiple offers in play. She kept us informed and was our advocate during the entire process.

We were selling our home to relocate out of state. I can't even put into words how wonderful Joan was with the whole process. She came to our home and talked us throughout the process. She was always available for any questions no matter how big or small. She is very knowledgeable and our house sold very fast. I really wished she could have come to our new state and been our agent! She is a blessing! If you are reading this review trying to find an agent.. choose Joan!!!!
