The whole sales team did a great job. I appreciate their efforts on my behalf.

Joan is very knowledgeable. She offers lots of great advice. Joan is very good with her clients. Joan allows her clients to be candid, which was greatly appreciated. She offered us a wealth of knowledge and feedback, and totally supported our needs and wants.

Joan was 100% right with every recommendation that she made. The current housing market is difficult as a buyer because homes are going under contract rather quickly. Joan expertly guided us so that we were selected by the seller over multiple other contracts. She was patient and understanding about our nerves in this housing market. Joan was such a pleasure to work with!

To all prospective buyers/sellers, you will not find a Realtor who will work harder for you than Joan Lane. She is exceptional at what she does and I would highly recommend her. Sincerely, Chris Hayes

Joan and Ashley, Were very easy to work with! Joan is very knowledgeable of the Cincinnati area and very quick to react to our needs. She is understanding and a "go getter" when it comes to profession. She was great to work with and we would recommend her to family and friends.
