Joan’s confidence when she walked in our house and being transparent about this confusing market was reassuring to me. She gave us simple but impactful recommendations for the house but also understood we were working on a tight budget. Joan’s strategy for pricing our house was on-point. She explained to price lower than others in our price-point so that they’d rush to our house and potentially have a bidding war. We did have multiple offers to choose from and got over asking price. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. She also had great advice when trying to choose the offer to go with; suggesting one that was most likely going to go all the way through and pointing out causes for concern in our other offer (which was higher).
