Joan is very good at communicating between inspectors, contractors, buyers agents, banks and myself. Seems to be on top of everything. Joan priced the house properly, helped me thru some of the repairs that had to be made to satisfy the buyer, and got the property sold above asking price in a very short time. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely recommend Joan to make selling a house a great and profitable experience.
