Her recommended surveyor, photographer,and cleaner were all excellent. Her willingness and ability to use email and text to support a remote sale was appreciated. The on-line visibility of the property was excellent and proved key to a quick sale. Joan gave us good advice prior to listing and we took a month to get the property ready for sale, but once we signed the contract, the listing went live in one week. We accepted one of our five offers on that Friday (only 5 days later) and closed 7 days after that!

It took three times to try to get our house sold, with no fault of Joan's! The first prospective buyer just quit returning phone calls and we knew she had decided not to buy. Joan was on the ball to get the house back up for showings and we had our second prospective buyer in less than two days! Due to financial reasons, the bottom fell out of that sale as well. Joan knew we had found a house we wanted to buy and actually were ready to do so, and she again made sure to get everything prepared to get the house back on the market. And that is exactly what happened! We now have a house that my husband and I both love, our previous home is sold and we now can enjoy all the new experiences and adventures in our new location! I would recommend Joan a million times over for anyone interested in selling their home! Her determination and knowledge outweigh any broker that I have met before. She is kind and understanding, and always made us feel comfortable whenever we needed to speak with or meet with her.
