Joan Velardi

Joan went above & beyond getting the property sold. Truly appreciate all the time and effort she put in.

Joan was a Godsend! After having our affordable housing condo on the market for a while, Joan stepped in and worked her magic! We had an offer within a short time. Her in depth knowledge of the affordable housing market and sale process allowed both the buyer and seller to feel comfortable and confident. She advised us on the timeline and specific paperwork and inspections that needed to be completed for closing. She is a great communicator who keeps you informed every step of the way. I sincerely recommend Joan. She is highly competent and a pleasure to work with.
