Impeccable knowledge of the area we were looking in (Mansfield, Arlington, Grand Prairie)…. Communication was always clear, concise and timely. There was never a point throughout the entire process where we didn’t know what was happening and why. Above all else, Chris and Joanie both showed a caring and compassion for making sure we got a home that suited our specific needs. Their patience and professionalism was so awesome!!

What stood out to me with Joanie and Chris is that they were initially very easy to talk to. They listened to your questions/concerns/comments. We approached them ready to sell quickly and they allowed us to hit the ground running. They were always available when we needed them, and very quick to respond.
